A
Letter From A Loyal Alumna Newell, N.C. Sept. 19, 1932 Dear Miss
Schenberg, As one of the many alumni who have gone
out from Randolph High School I am at all times interested in the
activities of my Alma mater. I shall look forward to with eagerness
to the "Tattler." Several
items listed in your circular letter were news to me even if we do take
the Meadville Tribune. This is ours as well as Pennsylvania's
busy season. Cotton is the nicest it has been in years, price very low.
All we hear is "Cotton under legislative control." Until recently the season has been
splendid. Our hap crops (in
May and September) are both regular bumper crops.
It is beginning to take on the appearance of fall yet it's too
hot for comfort. Is Mr. Wheeling
again with the faculty this year? He
was in my class at Edinboro. In closing, I remain Most sincerely Lucinda Query
Harris P.S. Austin Brunet was the only boy in our class of nine in 1912. I regret his early death
